What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email, phone number, shipment locations and freight information. Our web server also records standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and quote your shipment
- To arrange, track and invoice freight you book with us
- To prevent spam and abuse of this website
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not add you to marketing lists without your separate, express consent, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Sharing
We share information only where needed to move your freight (for example with customs brokers or receivers you name) or where required by law. Our email is provided by Google; messages you send are processed under Google's security and privacy terms.
Retention and security
We keep quote requests only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal record-keeping obligations. Information is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access is limited to staff who need it.
